  My family walked in at 12 ordered at 12:26 it's 1:15 and they only brought my son's steak out and said it's going to be longer for me and my wife's meal. He's almost finished eating and we're still here. The place in my opinion doesn't seem busy. Especially when we ordered there had only been 8 other tables sat and a small bar section. We brought our baby who thankfully still hasn't starting yelling. The only positive was a friendly staff. I felt bad for the staff. Food just arrived at 1:19 ordered a ribeye rare and this is what I get. Will never return. Hopefully management changes

  First time at this Chillis. I love coming too Chillis. The host Jackie was very nice with a great smile. She made us feel welcome like we was at home. Our server Brandi was nice with a great sense of humor. She made sure our food was right. She had her backup servers that help Brandi. Server Dianna and Server Jordan they were on point with everything plus they all "Brandi, Dianna, Jordan" took care of all there other tables but kept making sure we was ok. I was celebrating my special day so we had a ball. We will be back soon. Thank u Jordan, Brandi, Dianna, Jackie..... Yall all were outstanding with sense if humors. ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

  The food is what you would expect from Chili's but what stands out is the terrible customer service. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and everytime the service is incredibly bad. Staff is always friendly but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get chips and salsa. Not sure if the staff is just spread too thin, worked too hard, or bad at hiring but it is just bad. Maybe your experience will be different but mine has been consistently bad.
