  Horrible service.
  My girlfriend came in for an online order. We get this custom made hot chocolate because Starbucks allows us to. My girlfriend walked in early and began to wait for her drink. She then hears an employee (named Yvette) point at an empty cup and say "Look! What the heck. Look how long it is. Who would drink something like this?" IDC WHAT YOUR OPINION IS ABOUT MY DRINK ... YOURE THERE TO MAKE DRINKS FOR US ... I DONT GO INSIDE TO HEAR YOUR COMMENTS ... HOW COULD YOU SAY THIS OUTLOUD IN FRONT ON THE CUSTOMERS??? NO REGARD FOR ANYONE.

  I've always had great service here. Order ahead and you won't have to wait in line. Thus place is always busy. Consistently mediocre coffee as always.
